Assessing your employees for pension auto enrolment
All employees need to be assessed each pay period & if eligible for auto enrolment should be enrolled into a pension scheme.
Auto enrolment pension contributions upload to pension provider
We upload the pension contributions from each pay period to the pension provider & ensure payment is made on time.
Pension re-declaration submissions to The Pensions Regulator
We prepare & submit a Re-declaration to The Pensions Regulator every 3 years to notify them of employees being enrolled in a Company pension scheme.
Facility to pay your employees via BACS
If required, we can arrange payments from your company bank account direct into employees personal accounts for each pay period
End of year administration & issue of P60s to employees
Submit year end & ensure P60s are issued to employees within the legal timescale.
Preparation of forms P11D and P9D
We can prepare your annual P11D & P9D forms to notify HMRC of employee benefits. These are prepared as required for each employee, including directors, based on the information and explanations you provide to us.
